How It Works

Inside a lesson

The five sections, in order

Every lesson is built the same way, five sections in the same order every time. Once you know the shape you can put your attention on the thinking rather than on finding your way around the page.

  1. 01

    The Hook

Each lesson opens with a surprising data point, a real business scenario, or a provocative question, followed by a key concept reveal that names the principle and explains why it matters commercially.

Tip. Don’t skip this. The hook and concept reveal set the context for everything that follows.

  2. 02

    Key Concepts

A grid of clickable concept cards, each opening a detailed view with up to four sections: Theory, The Math, Field Notes, and Example. This is where the frameworks and formulas live.

Tip. Click every card. The Field Notes section contains the most valuable content.

  3. 03

    The Sandbox

This is the heart of each lesson. An interactive simulator where you change pricing levers, promotion parameters, or portfolio variables and immediately see the commercial impact through live charts and P&L calculations.

Tip. Try extreme values to find the boundaries, then take your scenario to the AI Strategist for a senior read.

  4. 04

    The AI Strategist

A senior RGM director on call. Add a line or two of business context (optional, and always hypothetical), click Analyze My Scenario, and the AI reads your exact sandbox settings against the base case and answers in four parts: strategic interpretation, commercial implications, cross-lever effects, and a recommendation.

Tip. Analyze, adjust one lever, then analyze again. Comparing two reads teaches more than either one alone.

  5. 05

    The Challenge

Scenario-based questions that test your understanding. You’ll face realistic business situations and need to apply what you learned. Earn XP with every challenge you complete.

Tip. Completing the challenge is what marks the lesson finished, and finished lessons are what earn your certificates.

What counts as finished

Four things mark a lesson complete: you opened it, you opened at least half its concept cards, you worked the simulator, and you passed the challenge at 60 percent or better. The AI Strategist is there whenever you want it and is never required.

Your dashboard shows how far through each lesson you are, and finished lessons are what earn your certificates.

Worth knowing

Getting the most out of the course

Play with the Sandbox

There are no wrong answers in the simulator. The more you experiment, the deeper your understanding.

Use the AI Strategist

In every lesson, click Analyze My Scenario to get a senior director's read on your exact settings. Add a sentence of business context first and the advice gets sharper. Your plan includes 200 analyses in any rolling 30 days, and asking again with unchanged settings reuses the saved answer without spending one.

Bookmark & take notes

Use the star at the top of a lesson to bookmark it, and the notes icon beside it to write down your thinking. Everything you star is waiting under Bookmarks in the sidebar.

Your progress saves automatically

Scores, notes, and bookmarks save to your account as you work, with nothing to save by hand. Sign in on another device and your progress comes with you.

Follow your role, if you prefer

If you would rather follow your job than the whole course, open Home and switch from Browse by Module to Learn by Role. Pick your role and the sidebar marks every lesson on that path. Finishing them all earns the pathway certificate named for your role.

Follow the bridges

Each lesson ends by connecting what you just learned to the topic that follows. Walking that path builds your understanding layer by layer.
